ALL (Almost) ABOUT BRENDAN MAYER
Brendan Mayer is a regular performer at Meeting of The Minds, all around Key West and the US and Europe. Of course Brendan is the son of Coral Reefer Peter Mayer, but Brendan's own career is highly successful and continuing to grow.
Brendan grew up around music his entire life and has crafted his own style of songwriting and guitar playing that continually grows his audience. Brendan's first album, The Gateway Car, was released in 2016.
In addition to his solo recordings Brendan often teams up his dad Peter Mayer on songs like Long Love Story, which still receives extensive airplay on Radio Margaritaville. Additionally Brendan is a valued 1/3 member of Floating Collective, which includes fellow second generation Coral Reefer kids Mick Utley and Erin McAnally.
Peter is a creative lyrist with an easy listening style and a talented guitarist. He marries Americana, Folk and Indie Pop.
We are excited to have Brendan join Rock The Tropics in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Brendan will perform solo. participate in Meet & Greet, Q & A sessions and Welcome/Farewell events with all the attendees, as well as collaborate with the other performers during the 4-day event. This is going to be a real treat for Brendan Mayer fans to enjoy this amount of quality time with Brendan and the other outstanding performers and see him preform multiple times in various incarnations.
