Two great pieces of news in one exciting blog. First, we have an honest review from one of our long standing clients. As we do with every client - we always follow up and request feedback.
Client satisfaction is of upmost importance to us, and their genuine feedback is extremely helpful to us. It gives us confidence to make that recommendation again, and on the other end of the spectrum if there are issues, and we receive that same feedback from additional clients we know to cease that recommendation.
Here is what Curtis & Gina provided after their stay at Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun.
Jay –
Thank for checking in. We had a great time at Margaritaville. We never left the resort. There was probably only about 20 people there and we felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Pros:
We liked the smaller size of the resort.
The staff was outstanding.
Food was great.
Drink selection was great.
Rooms were nice and we enjoyed the swim up room.
Location was great – 15 minute drive to the airport and not on the hotel strip.
The private transfer was great – nice vehicles.
Beach was small but sized appropriately for the resort.
Entertainment was great – they actually had great bands on most nights. Didn’t have the hokey shows that a lot of resorts have.
Cons:
Sea weed was abnormally bad, but I understand that can happen anywhere.
They tried hard to get us to attend a session for buying into the hotel chain – we declined 3-4 times, but they were not overly aggressive.
