Sabores, an intimate Mexican restaurant at El Dorado Maroma classifies as a fusion of Mexican & Caribbean specialties. Seafood is abundant at Sabores and is caught daily and hand selected right from the marina next door. The staff of BANANA BREEZE VACATIONS has enjoyed many wonderful meals here. We highly recommend the "Appetizer Sampler."

Kiyoko at El Dorado Maroma features Pacific Rim and Asian inspired Oriental cuisine served in an intimate restaurant where you can chose between tables along the wall for two, or the long center table for family style dining. The menu consists of Sushi, Sashimi, Teppanyaki, and other creative dishes.

Mio Cuccina Italiana at El Dorado Maroma features Contemporary Italian cuisine served with a traditional approach. The menu represents the coastal towns and islands of Italy. Some of our favorites at Mio are the Ocean Fresh Fish Carpaccios, Frutti di Mar, and any of the fantastic Pasta. They really know how to do it right at Mio Cuccina. Enjoy dining inside or outdoors.

Mio Cuccina serves a la carte breakfast with everything from fresh fruit to Eggs Benedict; and lunch ranging from pasta to flatbreads. You can view the pool through the walls of glass and the swim-up bar is handy for your server.

Papitos Gourmet Beach Club at El Dorado Maroma grew from the simple concept of bringing a fishing boat loaded with fresh catch served on the beach one day a week, to a different theme lunch served on the beach daily, to this - a glass-walled air conditioned intimate restaurant with covered beach outdoor seating, serving personalized breakfast and Theme Lunches along with gorgeous Caribbean views. Dine in or outdoors right along this award-winning beach.

Papitos Gourmet Beach Club features an interactive culinary experience with an open kitchen concept, offering themed lunches throughout the week, including - The Chef Brochettes, Boutique Burger, Taco Bar, Fish Market (the original concept), BBQ, Spanish Paella, and The Prime Rib.

Caribbean Grill Restaurant at El Dorado Maroma is a Caribbean themed dinner-only restaurant that features the best of Caribbean and Mexican cuisine using fresh tropical ingredients.

Lima Limon is unique. You won't find a Peruvian cuisine restaurant at very many all-inclusive resorts. But you will get to enjoy Lima Limon at El Dorado Maroma. Relax in the contemporary design while we recommend you try their signature ceviches.

The Overwater Grill and Wine Bar, is exactly what the name implies - it is set overwater at the very end of the Overwater Palafitos Bungalows section at El Dorado Maroma. Originally reserved exclusively for Palafitos guests Overwater Grill and Wine Bar is now open to non-palafitos guests of El Dorado Maroma and other outside resorts for a fee of $60 per person. The experience, preparation, taste, service and delivery are unworldly. BANANA BREEZE VACATIONS Highly, highly recommends the Overwater Grill and Wine Bar.  We recommend the mouthwatering slow-braised short ribs served with Hoisin sauce, carrot puree and seasonal vegetables. And some of the Mexican wines are shockingly fabulous. "We've been here and done this."
