International cuisine best describes the menu in Spoon. Located on the ground floor of the main building Spoon has an open kitchen environment with interactive cooking stations so you can watch the chef prepare your meal. The service is a la carte though. It is a very unique setting.

Tapaz, with Spanish cuisine, offers a twist on all-inclusive dining. You are encouraged to customize your order. Plus, the chef personally presents each meal to you. Dining is family style with large tables and appetizers placed in the center of the table intended for passing and sharing.

This one gets extremely interesting. Not a good option if you are in a hurry, but wonderful if you crave a multi-course dining experience. First of all, Le Chique is an Adult-Only restaurant, located in the Adult-Only section overlooking the Adult-Only pool. After you are welcomed the host escorts you to the kitchen where the chef will explain how Le Chique operates. The specialty is a 14-course presentation lasting 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Everything in Le Chique is done to impress and create memories, including the cocktails and desserts. Sheer curtains hang from the high ceiling creating a feeling of privacy throughout the dining room. Everyone receives a personalized menu at the conclusion of dinner with your name and details of the evening.

Wonderful Italian cuisine, pizza included, is served in a Tuscan designed restaurant. The chef has come over from Tuscany to create the menu and ensure our pleasure. He even gives cooking lessons once a week.
